Our 120-credit-hour online cybersecurity degree features 24 credit hours in core courses and 36 credit hours focused on cybersecurity.

Through your coursework, you will explore cybersecurity in a variety of environments and gain the technical knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the duties of a cybersecurity analyst and administrator, including penetration testing, digital forensics, and project management.

This program also requires the completion of a capstone course in cybersecurity, plus electives and 42 credit hours in general education requirements.

Admission Requirements

To apply to our online bachelor’s in cybersecurity program, you must submit the following:

  • Online application
  • All official transcripts from all colleges and universities previously attended. If you have fewer than 24 college credits, you will need to submit your official high school transcript.

If cumulative college GPA is below a 2.0, the following will also be required:

  • Résumé
  • Letter of intent/personal statement (1–2 page document indicating your interest in the program and Lindenwood)
