Yes, our online MAT program provides initial teaching certification in the state of Missouri.

In order to be accepted into this program, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in the content area in which you wish to teach or in a closely related field, as well as a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75. Additionally, you must pass the Missouri Content Assessments (MoCA) within 30 days of your acceptance into the program and prior to enrolling in courses for the second semester.
